Insurance products and licensing

Mark Snyder Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage. Insurance products are offered only by licensed insurance producers and only in jurisdictions where the producer holds a current license. Indexed Universal Life Insurance

Indexed universal life (“IUL”) insurance is a permanent life insurance product whose cash-value crediting is linked to the performance of a market index. IUL is not a security. IUL does not invest in an index. Index-linked credits are subject to caps, participation rates, and floor rates set by the issuing carrier. Caps and rates can change over the life of the policy.

NAIC Actuarial Guideline 49-B

Illustrations of indexed universal life insurance are subject to NAIC Actuarial Guideline 49-B, effective May 1, 2023. Any illustration delivered by Mark Snyder Insurance will be a carrier-issued document complying with AG 49-B and applicable state regulations, showing both guaranteed and non-guaranteed columns. The non-guaranteed column is illustrative, based on current assumptions, and is not a prediction of actual future performance.

No FINRA or SEC registration

Mark Snyder Insurance is not registered with FINRA or the SEC. We do not sell securities, mutual funds, variable annuities, or variable life insurance. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
